Responsibilities
As Accounting Officer within a FRABA AG team, you will train, assist and advise our operative subsidiaries in accounting and tax matters. Standard bookings at our individual companies are carried out independently in our decentralised accounting system. Bookings which go above and beyond the standard framework, in the same way as consolidated accounting, are carried out centrally. As Accounting Officer, you will develop and implement a training program as service product for our group companies. At the same time, you will also develop further service products. You will accumulate the appropriate resources and be responsible for sales and costs. Sales in this respect need not be restricted to our group but can also cover external customers. The development of this business is only restricted by your own imagination. You will work in direct cooperation with our CEO. Like every other member of our team, you will also be responsible for general management tasks such as application interviews, organisation of special events, strategy discussions etc. Anyone who has the initiative, the knowledge, the information, the energy and the courage may make their own decisions in our company. It is in your hands to develop this position into an executive role.
Requirements
Our philosophy is to employ talent and learning potential – and not just specific know how. That is why we are looking for graduates who have proven their intellectual capabilities with a degree in business studies. You will need experience of accounting, though professional experience is not essential. We prefer to employ someone straight from university. As we see ourselves as an international company, experience abroad would be of advantage. You should be able to speak fluent English and German.
